This series takes the viewer on an American road trip. The trip begins on an ominous tone. When science and rational thought are abandoned, chaos ensues. This planet is all we have. We are dangerously close to entering the black hole of extinction. From this there is no return and humans become a speck on the timeline of the universe.

Using atmospheres of color and form these paintings take you through doorways to another reality. Architectural space gives way to outer space and the infinite. The crucible of creation brings forth order but it can also bring about chaos as decay sets in.
Apocalyptic Sculpture
Using junk and found objects the created characters represent the collapse of civilization and the horror of a future that is not sustainable.
